Real Time Intelligence – Chief Operating Officer
As Chief Operating Officer, Danielle designs and implements business operations, policies and procedures and strategic initiatives. As part of these responsibilities, Danielle introduces tactical initiatives to drive revenue and reduce expenses, streamline processes, oversees marketing initiatives, manages training & human resources responsibilities.
Danielle’s professional experience includes executive leadership positions in Sales & Operations for Heinz North America, where she was promoted to increasing levels of responsibility over a 20-year tenure. She led and participated on leadership teams of multiple global projects, including MUDA, a supply chain waste reduction-initiative which won industry awards for innovation and cost savings. Among her accolades, Danielle was named to the Leadership 100, which listed the top 100 executives of the organization across the globe. She managed teams across a wide range of functions, including Finance, Reverse Logistics, Systems/Technology, Training, and Strategic Planning for North America. She holds both an MBA and a Law Degree from Duquesne University and is Six Sigma Black Belt certified.
